Problem:

Vibration of the pump and excessive noise.

Possible Reasons:

1. Damage of the bearing.

2. Imbalance of impeller.

3. Gas leak or jam at inlet pipe.

4. Uneven flow rate.

Solutions:

1. Replace the bearing.

2. Replace the impeller.

3. Eliminate the leak and clean the jammed area.
