Material Science
1.Customized wear-resistant alloy systems:
- High chromium alloy: HRC58+,wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, ideal for high-impact slurries (e.g., iron/copper ores);
- Duplex stainless steel (CD4MCu): Yield strength ≥550MPa, chloride resistance (Cl⁻≤50,000ppm), suitable for corrosive environments like seawater desulfurization and lithium brine extraction.
2. Manufacturing Process
- No-Bake Resin Sand Casting : Dimensional accuracy CT8 grade, surface roughness Ra≤25μm (Large castings) , minimizing machining;
- Multi-stage heat treatment: Quenching + double tempering ensures uniform matrix hardness (variation ≤±2HRC);
- Digital stress simulation: ANSYS-based wall thickness optimization increases fatigue life under alternating loads to 8,000+ hours.
Three major elastomer solutions
1. NR06: Natural Rubber
- Shore Hardness: 47-53
- Abrasion Resistance: Excellent
- emperature Limit: <75°C
- Applications:
○ Impellers: Suitable for linear velocities <27.5 m/s and particle sizes <5 mm.
○ Liners: Compatible with particle sizes <15 mm.
○ Additional Use: Mill pump liners, commonly deployed in large-scale pumps with discharge diameters ≥14 inches.
2. PU: Polyurethane
- Shore Hardness: Customized grades available (e.g., 95A)
- Abrasion Resistance: High (non-recommended for concentrated acidic/alkaline media)
- Temperature Limit: <70°C
- Applications:
○ Impellers: Operates effectively at linear velocities <30 m/s.
○ Components: Widely used for liners, wear plates, and vortex breakers.
3. Applicable Components
- Wear Parts: Impeller, cover plate Liner (Rubber), frame plate Liner (Rubber), frame liner insert (Rubber), throatbush (Rubber).
